Terms of Logistics Service

How do we maintain a seamless transit network? By establishing firm boundaries. At Commercial Distribution Specialists Inc., we operate under the standard Carriage of Goods regulations. This document outlines our mutual responsibilities across freight transportation, forwarding, and warehouse management.

All shipments accepted by Commercial Distribution Specialists Inc. are subject to the following stipulations. We're committed to transparency. You'll find that our liability limits are clearly defined to protect both your assets and our operational stability.

1. Booking & Freight Charges: Rates are quoted based on weight and volume. Any discrepancies found during transit may result in adjusted billing.

2. Cargo Insurance: While we provide standard carrier liability, we strongly recommend secondary insurance for high-value logistics.

3. Delivery Timelines: Transit times are estimates. We don't guarantee exact arrival dates due to unpredictable forwarding variables like customs or weather.

Warehouse & Storage Stipulations

Goods stored in our warehouses are kept at the owner's risk unless specifically insured through our facility. Our team monitors every square inch, but the nature of long-term transit storage requires rigorous documentation. Have you reviewed your inventory list lately?
